Adoption of a Resolution to Vacate a Portion of the Plat of the Daytona North Subdivision, Relocating a 5 Foot Wide Easement between Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 2 in the MH-1 (Rural Mobile Home) Zoning District – Sean Borca, Trustee of the SLB1Sales, LLC, Revocable Business Trust Agreement – Parcel #13-12-28-1800- 00020-0010, 13-12-28-1800-00020-0020 and 13-12-28-1800-00020-0030: Request the Board adopt the resolution for the vacation of the five foot wide blanket easement lying on each side of the common lot line between Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, and Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, and relocating the blanket easement as a fifteen foot wide blanket easement along the September 19, 2022 Regular Meeting • 5:00 p.m. Page 4 of 5 South lot line of Lot 1, Block 2, and as a fifteen foot wide blanket easement along the North lot line of Lot 3, Block 2, according to the plat of Daytona North subdivision, Map Book 10, Page 1, of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida.
