NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in accordance with Section 177.101 of the Florida Statutes that Sean Borca, Trustee of the SLB1SALES LLC Revocable Business Trust Agreement intends to petition the Board of County Commissioners of Flagler County, Florida, on September 19, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible during its regular scheduled meeting in the Board Chambers at 1769 E. Moody Boulevard, Building 2, Bunnell, Florida to relocate that 5 Drainage Easement on each side of the lot lines between Lots 1 and 2, and 2 and 3, Block 2, Daytona North Subdivision, to the north lot line of Lot 3, Block 2, Daytona North for a total 15 drainage easement and the south lot line of Lot 1, Block 2, Daytona North for a total 15 drainage easement; as recorded in the Daytona North Subdivision plat as recorded in Map Book 10, Page 1, in the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida
PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 286.0105, EACH BOARD, COMMISSION, OR AGENCY OF THIS STATE OR OF ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION THEREOF SHALL INCLUDE IN THE NOTICE OF ANY MEETING OR HEARING, IF NOTICE OF THE MEETING OR HEARING IS REQUIRED, OF SUCH BOARD, COMMISSION OR AGENCY, CONSIPICUOUSLY ON SUCH NOTICE, THE ADVICE THAT, IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE BOARD, AGENCY, OR COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING OR HEARING, HE OR SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
