NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in accordance with Section 177.101 of the Florida Statutes that Sean Borca, Trustee of the SLB1SALES LLC Revocable Business Trust Agreement intends to petition the Board of County Commissioners of Flagler County, Florida, on September 19, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible during its regular scheduled meeting in the Board Chambers at 1769 E. Moody Boulevard, Building 2, Bunnell, Florida to relocate that 5 Drainage Easement on each side of the lot lines between Lots 1 and 2, and 2 and 3, Block 2, Daytona North Subdivision, to the north lot line of Lot 3, Block 2, Daytona North for a total 15 drainage easement and the south lot line of Lot 1, Block 2, Daytona North for a total 15 drainage easement; as recorded in the Daytona North Subdivision plat as recorded in Map Book 10, Page 1, in the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida
